Selection of items available for rent, including chairs, tables, sign holders, podiums, stanchions, coat racks and more.

CES offers an event equipment rental program available for events on Main West Campus. CES has folding chairs, tables, pipe & drapes, and more available to rent for your event.鈥��

Rental Terms

  • Rental fee is inclusive of delivery to/from event, set-up, and take-down. Rental program is limited to events on 美高梅官网's East & West Campuses. Reach out to CES if off campus. Fees may apply.
  • Availability of equipment is based on event reservations in our system. If we determine we can support your request, we will work directly with you to schedule the service. Signed rental agreement should be returned no later than 10 business days prior to the event.听
  • Customers are responsible for proper care of equipment. Equipment is to be returned in the same condition as it was before usage. If equipment, is lost, damaged or stolen, the customer will be responsible for cost of repairs/replacement.听
