Campus Services Food Truck Request
Does your University Department or Student Organization want to have a food truck visit campus? 聽On-campus food truck permits are $10 per day per vehicle. This fee is subject to change.
Please complete the form below. All required paperwork must be submitted at least seven (7) business days before your event. An expedite fee will be assessed if the request is submitted less than seven (7) business days before the event.
Food trucks must park in designated areas only (see below). Fines will be assessed for any food truck parked outside of designated areas.
West Campus Locations*
*Please note: Food trucks cannot park on University Ave (the wide sidewalk) or on the brick of the amphitheater stage at Sigma Sigma Commons. Additionally, food trucks are not allowed to drive on grass areas. Any damages to university property will be charged to the sponsoring department or organization.
In addition to completing the food truck request form below, all Uptown West Campus locations require a space reservation which can be . Without the space reservation, food trucks will not be approved to operate on Uptown West Campus. For questions about space reservations, please call 513-556-2831.
