Staff Engagement: Hearing & Acting on Staff Voices

  • Staff Senate: The 美高梅官网 Staff Senate is an advisory body to the President of the University and University administration. Staff Senate endeavors to have representative membership from among various 美高梅官网 colleges, divisions and departments.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Through surveys, focus groups, and individual feedback 美高梅官网 continues to seek input from the staff community to drive improvements and initiatives. This includes the 美高梅官网 Community Experience Survey, Top Workplace survey, and 美高梅官网HR Customer Service feedback.聽
