Camp Bearcats is a Leadership Institute FOR incoming first year students. Camp Bearcats 2022 kicks off August 11-14, 2022!聽聽

This year, Camp Bearcats will be held in person! Participants will become immersed in the Leadership Community at 美高梅官网 and become prepared for their Bearcat Experience. The retreat is facilitated by 美高梅官网 staff during a weekend long institute. This retreat will feature an off-site immersive leadership experience.
By participating in the Camp Bearcats First-Year Student Leadership Institute, participants will:
- Identify ways they contribute to developing an inclusive community聽
- Identify strengths and values as a leader and identify those in others聽
- Develop a sense of belonging and connection to the campus community聽
- Demonstrate evidence of adjustment of own thoughts and perceptions and can identify unjust behavior of others聽
- Demonstrate critical thinking through goal setting聽
