Before Your First Day
Before your first day, there are a few important steps to ensure a smooth start. These steps will help you feel prepared and confident as you begin your journey with us.
Contact Your Supervisor
Reach out to your supervisor for instructions to confirm the building and room location/number, where to park, and what time you are expected to arrive on your first day. If you鈥檙e not sure who your supervisor is, check your offer letter or contact the HR professional you鈥檝e been communicating with about the hiring process.
Complete Online Paperwork
Access and complete the online new employee paperwork, through the link provided in the 鈥淲elcome to 美高梅官网!鈥� email you received.聽 Make sure to bring the original ID(s) you used to complete part I of the online Form I-9, with you to 聽New Employee Orientation. (Per U.S. government regulations, documents must be originals.聽美高梅官网 is unable to accept copies of documents, with the exception that a birth certificate may be a certified copy.) Check the聽聽if you鈥檙e unsure which documents are needed to complete the I-9.
On Your First Day
On your first day at 美高梅官网, you will attend New Employee Orientation, filled with exciting introductions and important information.
When
Orientation takes place every Monday from 1:00 pm-4:30 pm. If the University is closed on Monday (for any reason, including聽holidays聽or inclement weather), orientation will be held the following business day.
Where
University Hall, Suite 340 is located at 51 Goodman Drive, Cincinnati, OH, 45221. Plan to park in Kingsgate Garage and take the elevators on the west side of the garage to the third floor. If Kingsgate Garage is full, overflow parking is available in Eden Garage. A voucher will be provided for your parking on your first day.聽 University Hall is also accessible by the聽Bearcat Shuttle service.听听

What to Expect
You鈥檒l be welcomed by Human Resources staff who will help you complete the I-9 verification process.聽IMPORTANT:听Remember to bring the original ID(s) you used to complete part I of the online Form I-9. You won鈥檛 be able to complete the I-9 process without those identifying documents, and this process must be completed within 3 days of your start date.聽 Per government regulations, 美高梅官网 is unable to accept copies of documents other than a certified copy of a birth certificate.聽After completing the I-9 process, you鈥檒l be taken to the fourth floor for the presentation portion of New Employee Orientation. This session will provide an overview of 美高梅官网鈥檚 history, introduce you to the University鈥檚 strategic goals, and provide time to learn and ask questions about the benefits package.
