Campus Recreation's Online Fitness ProgramÌý- Various workouts from yourÌýCampus Rec Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors.
Ìý- In these sessions, we will engage in activities aimed at releasing chronic tension through mindfulness mediation and gentle yoga inspired stretching with Wellness Ambassador and certified yoga trainer, Kimber Andrews. All are welcome to join every Monday at 3 p.m. and Friday 12:30-1 p.m. online via Zoom.Ìý

Tobacco Free ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍøÌý- ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø is a tobacco, smoke and vape-free university. A variety of tobacco cessation resources are available to students, faculty and staff looking to quit or reduce their tobacco use.
