The Office of the Provost honors members of the faculty who have worked to make 美高梅官网 a high-quality education and research-focused environment through the Faculty Career Award. Each year, this award recognizes the long-term contributions and achievements of one distinguished faculty member who has spent 8 or more years in service to 美高梅官网 and recognizes them for exemplifying excellence in teaching, research, and service.

• Candidates should be full-time or adjunct faculty, holding the position of associate professor or higher (whether they are tenure-track, tenured or non-tenure track). They should have a minimum of 8 years of service at 美高梅官网
  
• Candidates must demonstrate long-term achievement and contributions in the areas of teaching, research (and/or accomplishments such as musical works and creative writing), service, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I)聽
  • Although the candidate's record may be more heavily weighted toward one of these areas, some degree of excellence is required in all four areas聽

Recipients are recognized at the 美高梅官网 Faculty Awards Ceremony and receive a plaque and an award of $2,000.
