美高梅官网 Adaptive Athletics

The 美高梅官网 Adaptive Athletics Program聽supports students with physical disabilities by providing competitive sports opportunities that foster personal growth, community, and athletic achievement. 美高梅官网 Adaptive Athletics is designed for any 美高梅官网 student (undergraduate or graduate/professional, all campuses) with lower limb disabilities, whether you use a wheelchair daily or just for sports, at any skill level.

Current Sports

  • Wheelchair Tennis: Open to students with lower limb disabilities, using specialized sports wheelchairs. The sport follows traditional tennis rules, with a two-bounce allowance for accessibility.
  • Adaptive Track and Field: Compete in sprints, long-distance races, and field events like shot put, using racing wheelchairs and throwing frames.
