Get To Know Grace Liette
Grace is a first-year instructor who teaches Power Yoga at the CRC. While attending 美高梅官网, she is on the Pre-Med track while minoring in German. Grace's favorite part about working at the CRC is the opportunities it provides - "The Rec gives me a聽platform and creative space聽to make a positive impact on the community by teaching healthy movement and em(power)ment." When Grace isn't immersed in her biology, chemistry or German textbooks, she enjoys traveling, spending time with close friends, and eating Thai Express. Additionally, she is a member of the Tri Delta sorority and is involved in Cupcakes for a Cure and Self-Improvement Club.聽Grace's best advice for a first-time participant is, "Don鈥檛 let your mind bully your body - exercise should be a form of self-love. You are beautiful and strong the way you are so show up for yourself!"
