Log In for the First Time

If you鈥檙e a student, faculty, or staff member:

  1. Click Forgot Password
  2. Enter your 6+2 email address (e.g., bearcauc@mail.uc.edu)
  3. Click the link and reset password
  4. Return to app and log in!

NOTE: Your username name will be the 6+2 of your email, not your entire email.聽

If you鈥檙e a community member:聽

  1. Click Create Account
  2. Enter the email you have provided to Member Services upon joining to set up your account

NOTE: If you are an active member with us but are unable to link your account in the app, please do not create a new account. Reach out to us at uccampusrec@ucmail.uc.edu.

  1. Click Programs
  2. Filter by Category or Program you鈥檇 like to view
  3. Click Show Programs
  4. Click on the specific Program you are interested in to view details, sign up, or share the link with a friend!
  1. Click Classes
  2. Select the day you鈥檇 like to view (NOTE: Click the filter button to narrow down times, categories, instructors, or class name.)
  3. Click Sign Up to learn more about the class or register for it.聽聽

Pro Tip: Click Add to Calendar to set class time reminders!聽聽

  1. Click Reservations
  2. Input Date
  3. Select Time
  4. Review reservation details and click Reserve
  1. Click your Profile in the bottom right corner
  2. Select Check-In History
  3. Input the Date Range you want to view
  4. All check-ins will be listed on the screen 聽

NOTE: If you鈥檇 like to email yourself a list of check-ins, click Send in the top right corner to receive a PDF copy. 聽

How to log in for the first time:

  • Go to聽
  • If you are a 美高梅官网 student, faculty, or staff:聽Click Login with SSO
  • If you are聽苍辞迟听affiliated with 美高梅官网: 颁濒颈肠办听Access my Account聽in the top right corner

To Register for a Program:

  • 聽to Rec Automation聽聽
  • 颁濒颈肠办听Register for Programs聽on left navigation menu
  • Search by program name, by category, or by day(s) of week
  • Select the program you want to register for, then click the green聽Sign Up聽button to register and select the correct option

NOTE: If you have supplemental accounts (spouse or dependents), you will have the opportunity to select their name here.聽

  • Once the member is selected, click聽Add to Cart
  • When you are ready to check out, click聽View Cart聽in the top right
  • Review your cart and check out!

NOTE: All intramural and group fitness registration will still be through IMLeagues at this time.聽
