Leah teaches Yoga at 美高梅官网 where she is currently majoring in Business Marketing at the 美高梅官网! She says she is 鈥渆xcited to show students and staff with busy schedules how to slow down their bodies and minds. It鈥檚 so important to take care of yourself!鈥� Outside of work, she likes to explore new parts of the city, finding new coffee shops or yoga studios to try and going on hikes! Her best advice for someone new to group fitness is to 鈥淟isten to your body! Push yourself to work hard but don鈥檛 push it to do harm!鈥�
