Camp Bearcats is a Leadership Institute for incoming first-year students. Camp Bearcats 2024 kicks off August 18-20, 2024!聽聽Registration is $25.00 and is non-refundable. Secure your spot by July 10th!

Camp Bearcats participants will become immersed in the Leadership Community at 美高梅官网 and be prepared for their Bearcat Experience. The retreat is facilitated by 美高梅官网 staff and student Peer Leaders during a three-day retreat. Camp Bearcats will take place at an off-site leadership retreat center.

By participating in the Camp Bearcats First-Year Student Leadership Institute, participants will:

• Identify ways they contribute to developing a community of belonging
• Identify strengths and values as a leader and identify those in others聽
• Develop a sense of belonging and connection to the campus community聽
• Demonstrate evidence of adjustment of own thoughts and perceptions
• Demonstrate critical thinking through goal setting聽
