Concur is the university's travel and expense system. Concur serves as a tool for all employees and guests of 美高梅官网 who participate in university-sponsored travel and/or use of purchasing cards.

美高梅官网 is now returning to its standard approval process for faculty and staff seeking to travel abroad on 美高梅官网 business. With increasingly relaxed COVID entry requirements abroad and the removal of the requirement to show proof of a negative COVID test for re-entry into the United States, 美高梅官网 will no longer require an approval to travel internationally on business from the Vice Provost of 美高梅官网 International.

Moving forward, approval to travel internationally should be obtained through your normal unit and/or college processes and through Concur. All student travel abroad still requires a registration process with 美高梅官网 International, as outlined in the 美高梅官网 Student Travel Policy.

We are pleased to announce our new duty of care partnership with Terra Dotta. Terra Dotta is a long-time trusted partner for our Study Abroad program, and they recently created the option to expand our use of their services. Going forward, travelers will see communications from Terra Dotta before their trips, including聽health and safety information for their destination. For those interested, there will also be instructions to download their AlertTraveler app. Terra Dotta will send travelers notifications of any emergencies at their location and provide tools for our Travel and Risk Management teams to communicate as needed with travelers during any events. Travelers can also use the AlertTraveler app to report any incidents they need assistance with. Please contact聽concurquestions@uc.edu聽with any questions.

As of May 3, 2023, TSA will require a federally compliant driver license, identification card or another acceptable form of identification (such as a US passport or military ID) to fly within the U.S. Visit the聽聽for more info.
