If a student desires a single room, we will work to accommodate the request. If no single occupancy rooms are available, a limited number of converted spaces will be made available at a modified rate. Students are encouraged to contact our office if no single spaces are available during the self-assignment process.

First-year students who have a housing contract through Housing and Food Services are required to purchase the Unlimited Residential Meal Plan. Per the terms and conditions of the housing agreement they are not eligible to purchase a Campus Dining Pass or to forego purchasing a meal plan.听 听听

This plan offers students maximum flexibility to meet the needs of any eating schedule. Students have the freedom to eat a full meal or to just stop by to grab a snack. The format of this plan eliminates the need to budget meals per week and allows students to enjoy eating at the pace that works best for them.听

For added value the unlimited meal plan comes with fifteen additional meals that you can use to treat a guest.听 听

A discounted summer rate is available for听continuing residents听who lived in university housing the previous spring semester, or who will continue living in university housing in the following fall semester.听

Students who do not live in university housing for the preceding spring or subsequent fall semesters听 (i.e.,听summer housing only) will pay the semester-rate for the summer session.听听

Students who are not staying for the full summer term should refer to听Summer Housing for 美高梅官网 Students page听for more information regarding how this may impact billing.听

• Continuing residents听who do not require housing for the full summer term may be billed at a nightly rate of $35 instead of the full summer discounted rate.听
• Summer housing only students听who are not staying the full summer may be billed a proportion of the full semester rate.

During Winter Break and Spring Break, residents with a signed Housing agreement, and who are registered for spring semester classes, are eligible for break housing.

Residents may be relocated for the break period, depending on the status of their permanent residence hall community.

Dining Centers are closed during break periods. Closing dates may be found on the Food Services website; hours for other campus retail food locations are also listed.
