Success Plans
The Learning Commons and campus partners have created Success Plans which is a targeted support for specific student populations. Students assigned a plan are required to complete a specific set of Learning Commons services by the end of the semester.Ìý Plans are created based on student needs, research and best practices for academic success, and data collected by the Learning Commons.
There are a few ways to find out if you have been assigned a Success Plan. Review the actions below to see if you have one this semester.
- Check your ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø email: If you have been assigned a plan, you will get an initial email early in the semester from the college or program who assigned one. It will have details about the requirement including the Learning Commons service to attend, amount to complete, deadlines, and any additional requirements for you.Ìý
- Check TracCloud: Ìýis the Learning Commons' online scheduling system. This is where you schedule a service and also check your Success Plan progress. More details on how to log in and find your Success Plan in TracCloud are found in the next question below.
You are able to see your Success Plan in the Learning Commons online scheduling system, TracCloud.ÌýTo do so, follow the following steps:Ìý
1. Go toÌýÌýor going to the Learning Commons' website and clicking Schedule a Service button in the top left menu.
2. Log in using your ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø username and password.Ìý
3. If you have a Success Plan, you will see You have a Success Plan!Ìýlocated in theÌýmiddle left portion of the TracCloud homepage. See screenshot below for reference.
If you don't have a plan, this will not show up. If you do not see a Success Plan, but know you should have one, contact your college or program contact (information on this is found in the question below).Ìý
Plan requirements, deadlines, and exemptions are decided by the college or program.ÌýIf you have questions about your Success Plan details, use the chart below and email your college or program contact.

The services assigned as part of the plan are run by the Learning Commons. Depending on the Success Plan, you may be assigned one of our many services. Below are common items to consider when utilizing a service within the Learning Commons. Review ourÌýpolicy website to learn more about key policies for accessing our services.Ìý
- Academic Coaching, Success Skills Workshops,Ìýand Peer Tutoring: All three of these services require you to schedule an appointment in advance. Check out the service pages by clicking on the titles above and this video on how to schedule through TracCloud. You are also welcome to schedule over the phone by calling our front desk at 513-556-3244.Ìý
- MASS Center and Supplemental Instruction: Both of these services are available without an appointment.ÌýCheck out the service pages by clicking on the titles above for details on the schedule and how to access.Ìý
There are many options of services to choose from to complete your plan. Click on the links below to determine what services are available for your course:
- MASS Center: This is a drop in service where you will work with a tutor at a small group table. You do not have to schedule an appointment to attend. Click the title for more details on what courses they support and when it is offered.ÌýÌý
- Peer Tutoring: This is a one-on-one session with a peer tutor focusing on a specific course. You do have to schedule an appointment to attend.Ìý Click the title for more details on what courses they support and when it is offered.ÌýÌý
- Supplemental Instruction: This is a drop in service to attend a weekly review session connected to a course. Click the title for more details on what courses they support and when it is offered.
For Mathematics and Statistics courses only: If you are enrolled in MATH 1096 (Supplemental Review Sessions/SRS) and pass, the course will count as completion of your Success Plan.
