ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø President Neville Pinto has again challenged every ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø college and unit to send at least one rider to the September 14 Ride Cincinnati event to help fundraise for cancer research and cancer care. ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø students ride free. Signup by July 31 for free ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø-branded cycling jersey.

The day of service helps connect ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø with community neighbors and build stronger connections among university employees. ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø Serves brings staff and faculty to the front lines in supporting ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø’s institutional commitment to service and community impact in support of our local non-profit partners.

New wellness portal and incentive structure launching Feb. 1

Be Well ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø is ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø’s employee wellness program that launched in August 2015. The program is free, comprehensive, and voluntary. Be Well ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø aims to educate, support, and empower faculty and staff to live healthy lifestyles and build into a culture of well-being.

ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø’s employee wellness program earns Platinum Award

January 10, 2022

The Healthy Business Council of Ohio (HBCO) will recognize 119 Ohio employers for healthy worksite practices during the In-Value-Able Virtual Conference Series in February 2022. Among the recipients being honored is the ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø's employee wellness program, Be Well ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø.

Earn up to $300 every calendar year (Jan. 1-Dec. 17, 2021) with Be Well ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø, the university’s employee wellness program! Faculty and staff enrolled in the ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø Anthem medical plans are eligible for these cash incentives, and all are welcome to join in on the various educational programming, challenges, Health Coaching, and more.

Become a Mental Health Champion

November 9, 2021

Our university community is filled with empathetic and compassionate Bearcats who care about supporting each other. Many of these individuals are designated Mental Health Champions who have gone through training to learn more about supporting student, faculty, and staff mental health. There are two graduated cohorts of about 235 faculty and staff who have earned this designation. This initiative is coordinated by Healthy ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø, ÃÀ¸ß÷¹ÙÍø's well-being collaborative.
